Mainstream Media And Channels Of Lies

Media is the biggest source of communication and information today. And it is also the biggest liar in the world. Even lawyers can not beat news media in telling lies. Not even politicians can do kind of lame propaganda and manipulation which media can do. I am not talking about that part of media which is honest and does not deceive people by wrong news and self made stories.

I won’t name any media source here and I also won’t mention any incident or story which media has built up just to put weight in my debate. This is because people with open eyes and open senses can estimate themselves how much lies are fed to them by media. Now, the question is why do they do this? What benefits do they get?
The answer to first question is very simple. Media is a weapon used by nations against their enemies. Politicians use it to deceive their own people. It is also a most effective tool for mind control. Mind control in a sense that people learn much from media and also try to implement those things in their lives. If media teach them to hate someone or something, people start hating that. The answer to second question what benefits do they get can be best answered by people working for media, how they are rewarded for their efforts.
It often happens that news media make fake stories and deliver wrong news to cover up some incident or to beat its competitors. Their this tactic does work but effect does not last longer. It is a universal fact that lies do not hold for long and one day, truth gets revealed. When lie is exposed, it only brings shame. Despite of this fact, there are some media channels who are so much expert in this field that they are lying to people for years or even decades and still no one can question their credibility. The reason how this is possible is that competitors also support each other when they all have to lie. Thus combined effort becomes more fruitful and people start believing in them considering them as speakers of truth.
Mass communication is a good field. There are many good news channels, new papers and magazines. But there is a dark side of mass communication as well which is stinking with rotten eggs. Unfortunately, these rotten eggs can not be seen with naked eyes as these are undercover but one can smell their stink with senses. An apprentice of mass communication must learn to follow the bright side no matter how much lust it sees on the dark side.
