D-Link DWA 135 Wireless N USB Adapter – Review

After using this wireless USB adapter for more than 1 month, I am ready to post its review regarding its good features and bad features.

It’s a small dongle like Wi-Fi connector for PC and notebook computers to use internet or to do ad-hoc networking. It supports 802.11n and is backward compatible with 802.11b and 802.11g. It is designed to give maximum performance with 802.11g devices. The maximum speed which this device can give is 300 Mbps.

The device has ‘D-Link’s Wi-Fi Protected Setup’ button which provides a quick and secure wireless connection at the push of thumb. It supports WPA/WPA2 encryption which protects and secures network connection.

Good Features:
-Speed upto 300 Mbps (37.5 MB/s  or  37,500 KB/s)
-Supports 802.11b/g/n
-Ad-hoc networking
-WPA/WPA2 security
-USB 2.0 interface
-Easy to carry


Bad Features:
-Slightly slow in connectivity
-Weak antenna
