Here are the specifications of three models of Homage Inverters, Vision 500, Vision 1000 and Vision 2000, and common problems with solutions.
Admin’s Note: Although, this post is about an old Homage inverter series, you can still ask questions related to all new & discontinued Homage Inverters in comments section below.
I have tried to explain several error codes / faults in comments section. So instead of posting abusive comments, spend time reading through comments. Note that inverter error codes are not standardized. Each code could have different details for different model. So my explanation could be wrong too. Better take your power inverter to service center if it keeps giving same error over and over again.
After receiving thousands of complaints about Homage inverters, I shall recommend to avoid these inverters. Instead go for CyberPower Inverters. Solution for some other problems related to Homage Power Inverters:
1- UPS is running continuously in inverter mode despite of main electricity presence.
Sol: Make sure that input plug is connected and providing electricity to the UPS. Sometimes, fuses of input melt resulting in no input. You need to change the fuses. If you can not do it yourself, take it to the service centre. It also happens that if input voltage is too low to be acceptable, UPS does not switch over to main electricity supply. Check to make sure that that is not the case. If that is true, choose wide range from UPS for input. Note that choosing wide range increases the switch over time of UPS. You may also install a stabilizer to fix the voltage issue.
2- Batteries are connected properly but not getting charged. Electricity is also available.
Sol: Check to make sure that battery terminals are rust free. If they are rusty, electricity won’t flow through them. Clean them or change them if they are rotted due to corrosion. If rectifiers or step down transformer of charger are burnt, batteries will not be charged. You need to get your UPS repaired. Usually, it happens only if cooling fan of UPS was not working properly or UPS is placed at extremely hot place. Quality of internal circuitry also matters.
3- Batteries are charged but UPS is not providing any backup. In fact, UPS is not switching to backup mode.
Sol: Usually it happens if battery terminals are corroded. UPS can not draw enough current through them to provide the backup. You need to clean or change the battery terminals. Also check to make sure that output of UPS is properly connected. If everything looks fine from the outside, then problem could be inside of power inverter.
4- Everything seems fine but UPS is still not working. Batteries and wiring are also okay.
Sol: In that case, UPS might be faulty. You need to take it to the service centre. Note that, if UPS is filled with dust, that might also be responsible for the problem. If fan of UPS is stuck due to the mud inside it, UPS will not work either. Clean your UPS with a wind blower.

I have Installed Homage Inverter Neon 2003 (24 Volts 1500 Watts ) working excellent Cooling fan stopped after completion of charge but last some days fan not stop when charging complete charging light also stop but fan continuously running in full speed. Two nos. “Millat M-135” batteries are connected in serious circuit since last 18 months and backup well up till now. please guide that how to resolve the said issue?
It could be an internal fault in Inverter. May be take it to service center to get it fixed.

Are you sure its 169 because abrupt voltage drop and recovery may not be displayed by the LCD properly.

My Homeage Tron duo 1211sc model, while connecting with Solar, shows only one lower bar.even though battery has full charge but slowly charge of battery goes discharge but utility is also not charging at time resultantly ups shutdown upon loadshedding. However working perfect when solar not connected. Kindly help. Regards.
Aoa sir i have installed homage tron due with four 170w solar plates in parralel.the problem is that when i set on the power button it only run the appliances like fan or lights it does not charge the battery at same time even if i putt off all the appliances..but when i do off the power button then it charge the battery but now it does not ON the appliance..sir plz help me what can i do.is it fault of setting or hardware of 1000w homage ups.tron due

My Ups is charging fine, terminals are clean, battery is AGS 105AH 7 months old. No faults been displayed. But as soon as the power goes, it turns off after a backup of 30 to 45 mins, with hardly one Fan working only. No beeps, no warning, nothing, it just turns off.
There’s been power fault today so it hasn’t charged for more than 1 and half hour in one go. So as soon as power goes, it switches off. I press the power button and hold it, it turns on. Now the charge is sufficient to keep it going for at least 30 mins, but as soon as i let the power button go, ups turns off. I have put some weight on it in order to keep supplying the power and its going fine. Is it the power button’s fault??

My inverter is doing the same, and i checked the current going to batterty is about 6amp to 8amp and also batter is very hot, i disconnect the battery then after 5 seconds fans turned off, i take it to 2 different technicians, they says your UPS is fine, I am not satisfied by their statement, UPS was not behaving like this about 3 4 weeks ,
any suggestions ???

i recently installed homage tron duo. HTD 1211 inverter. it had no problem since i used it for 3 months . but recently i had to disconnect all the installation for better wiring and place, when i reconnected the battery , accidentally it was connected inverter’s Positive connector to battery’s negative , and inverter’s Negative connector to battery’s positive . more over inverter’s power’s button was at On position. there was a spark but after that Inverter is no longer able to power on or do any thing active.
will it cover under warrenty ? or what will be solution now.?
It’s not covered under warranty. you would have to pay for repair. The stupid thing about Homage inverters is these don’t have reverse polarity protection feature. As usual crap product from crap assemblers aka R&I.

If installation was correct than there might be some manufacturing defect in it. Claim your warranty.

Aslam o Alaikum, I have installed Homage 1011SCC since 4 days ago. My UPS does not tripp after charge the battery full and DC fan of UPS also running since 4 days. Moreover, 1 cell on battery fall in just 15 Seconds but it will charge in 10 Minutes approximately. Reply me as soon. Thanks
I have installed homage axiom 3002 with solar.i used it just as a invertor. when solar controller voltage 24.8 v goes on ,my homage axiom 3002 given beep and shut down all load. How i increase axiom 3002 increase battery voltage

AoA sir today I received error code 13 on home age tron duo 1011 solar voltage 19 volt but not switch to solar after few minutes beep on error code 13, shift on solar line, usually it done on morning time please tell me why
Did you try after shutting it down and restarting? If problem persists you should claim its warranty or get it repaired.

How old are you batteries?
Charger of your inverter is failing to cut off charging. In most cases battery is the culprit.

you need to switch off its input as well. you might be switching off its backup mode only
AoA, I installed 450 watt solar system with homeage tron duo 1011 ups, battery charging setting set only solar but solar charger current only 2 amp on 12 volt, not increased while at at that time solar output current upto 20 amp, how can I increase battery charging current?

Power Inverter automatically adjusts charging current for batteries. It’s for the safety of battery.

i want to use utility once solar energy decrease instead of use of batteries, how it possible in HTD-2011SCC, can i change the battery voltage back to utility, in this setting what happen in case of UPS mode, i mean no utility and no solar

Hi, I just bought Homage Tron 1011 with 800 W capacity and attached Pheonix UGLT 200 battery. The problem is that my UPS never goes to rest mode and its cooling fan remains on all the time without break. Is there a prob??
I am using homeage matrix 1000. I recently bought a new battery. It worked fine for a few days but now, somehow whenever the main supply is cut off, the ups fails to provide back up after few minutes. it seems that the ups is not charging the battery.

I have homage tron uno. Before few days it was working good with 4 to 5 hours backup. But from last two months it’s creating problem. Showing the battery is full charged but backup is only 10 minutes.
I have also taken the battery to concern. it is OK. connectors are also cleaned. But still same problem. Please advice
Connect different battery and check your inverter.
